
Video Shows Deadly California Flooding Caused by Bomb Cyclone
An incoming storm off the West Coast is already causing massive problems in California as new video shows flash flooding that's overcome vehicles and homes in the northern part of the state.
CBS News shared video of some low-lying areas in northern California that were hammered with more than a half-foot of rain in a very short period of time.
The National Weather Service says the worst is yet to come as they shared a graphic on Twitter showing the rotating cloud structure that makes up this incredible storm.
They also shared that the bomb cyclone system is likely to affect virtually all of coastal areas of California before the storms move eastward out of the area.
ABC 10 in California explained why the deluge of rain is causing bigger problems in northern California than it would elsewhere.
