It's a record that will likely not be broken anytime soon. Casper, Wyoming just exceeded their largest one-day snowfall record and it happened in April. There's video to show what the aftermath is like, too.

The National Weather Service in Riverton, Wyoming shared this startling graphic about what fell from the skies over Casper on Monday, April 3, 2023. 26.7 inches which breaks records dating back to 1937.

There are new pictures incoming about what Casper, Wyoming just experienced. Oh, and the snow isn't done yet. The National Weather Service just issued more advisories for the rest of Tuesday, too.
