There's a positive aspect to the recent historic blizzard that churned across the northern part of America. A bald eagle received a free comfortable blanket of snow as a nest cam video revealed.

The Minnesota Nongame Wildlife Program shared a snapshot on their Facebook page showing the moment a bald eagle was completely covered in freshly-fallen snow. KARE 11 out of Minneapolis shared their nest cam video.

There's also an interesting time-lapse video shared by Quiet Eagle on YouTube that shows the same nest as the winter storm was just beginning to impact Minnesota. According to Fox 9 out of Minneapolis, there were cities in the state that received up to 19 inches of snow from this massive storm.

This is the same storm that closed many highways in Minnesota as shared on Twitter. The governor of Minnesota even issued an executive order authorizing the National Guard for winter storm assistance.

If you enjoy watching bald eagles, make sure you follow the Minnesota Nongame Wildlife Program on Facebook. Their documentation of eagles living in the wild is compelling no matter if a Minnesota blizzard moves through the area or not.

Eagles Albums Ranked

The Eagles have been rightly praised for their canny combining of Glenn Frey’s city-slicker R&B with Don Henley’s country-fried rockabilly.
