It was quite a wind event in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa today as winds equaling a category 1 hurricane were reported in many locations.

Video shows a big rig that was flipped by a Wyoming tornado.

June 22, 2023, brought some pretty crazy weather just south of the Denver metro area. Golf ball-sized hail piled up along C-470, and several people reported storm damage over the course of the afternoon as a tornado barreled through Highlands Ranch.

Wednesday was a stormy day in Colorado especially in the plains east of Denver. Storms in that area produced something you'll rarely see - twin tornadoes that were spotted churning up a field in Washington County as captured on video by a storm chaser.

Alabama residents continue to deal with outages and storm damage due to strong winds and hail to south of Tuscaloosa this past weekend.

I would hazard to guess that many Louisiana beachgoers who've been to the beaches of the Gulf Coast over the past few days might argue that point. In addition to some pretty gnarly rip currents the area has been besieged, especially along the northern Gulf Coast by strong storms and severe weather.

Shreveport and Bossier got slammed by a major storm that blew threw the area around 1:30 Friday morning.

Just after 5 pm, a deadly tornado ripped through the small panhandle town of Perryton, Texas, leaving at least three people dead and between 75 and 100 people injured

The storms that came through our area on Wednesday included high winds and a tornado in Cass County. The National Weather Service has confirmed it was an EF-2 tornado that struck Cass County.
