It's complete devastation. New video shows the mile-wide killer tornado that leveled an entire Mississippi town and left death and destruction in its wake.

Meteorologists and Storm chasers Juston Drake and Simon Brewer captured this video of the massive wedge tornado near Silver City, Mississippi.

The governor of Mississippi is confirming that 23 have been confirmed dead in Rolling Fork, Mississippi and authorities expect that death toll to rise.

While there is no official categorization of the tornado by the National Weather Service as of this writing, there are reports that debris was detected above 22,000 feet in the atmosphere which is indicative of a twister of EF-3 or even higher power. Fox Weather shared video of the devastation in Rolling Fork, Mississippi as some chasers are reporting what appears to be EF-4 level damage.

Thoughts and prayers continue to be with the residents of the Mississippi towns that were devastated by this tragic storm. This story will be updated as new information is released by authorities as recovery efforts begin.
